How to Packing Products Before Shipping?

Heypack provides standard export carton packing to make sure safety delivery. We also accept the special packing method according to customer's design.

 

  1. Item Requirements:

． Quantity matches packing slip

． Cannot ship In glass containers unless sufficiently packed

． Must have> 70% shelf life remaining (if applicable)

． Products must be packed sufficiently to prevent damage

 

  1. Packaging Requirements

． Each bottle with Poly bag protection, foam pad to avoid scratch, 3-7 layers export master cartons.

． bottle and closures packing separately. Each carton less than 20KGS.

． Wrapped on all sides and top to avoid damage

． If the pallet cannot be double stacked it must be labelled

． Pallet must be labelled with Case label requirements

． Pallet must be shrink-wrapped with clear wrap.

． Item code matches PO

． Lot code (if applicable)

． Item Description matches Monat PO

． Quantity of items

． Must be legible from 3'away.

  1. Pallet Requirements

． GMA pallet in New or Grade A condition

． No Mixed Items & No Mixed Lots

． All items must fit on pallet without overhang

． All products must be shipped on a four-way 40" X 48"

hardwood pallet

． Maximum height per pallet is 54" floor to top.
